E-Brake B 20T 850 Ergonomic

The E-Brake B 20T 850, the E-Brake B 35T 1250 and the E-Brake 35T 1250 are available in an Ergonomic version. In this version, the E-Brake provides optimum seated operating comfort and maximum productivity for smaller bending products. For each operator, the seat can be adjusted to the ideal position, as can the optimum gripping height, processing height and stacking height of the 3-piece support plate.

Such personalized ergonomics makes the press-brake bending of large series in particular more pleasant and less exhausting. In addition,
this Ergonomic version offers all the advantages of the standard SafanDarley E-Brake press brake with a pressure force of 20 or 35 tons. 

The ergonomic version means:

  • A recess in the machine for the operator’s legs and a foot support.
  • Adjustable height and angle of foot support
  • Special foot pedal for operating the machine either seated
    or standing
  • Support plate in 4 independently adjustable parts;
    centre part adjustable at an angle
  • Support plate can be swung down and removed
    for bending in standing position
  • Ergonomic chair
  • Lighting at the front of the press brake
  • Backgauge reach to 1000 mm
