Featuring a high speed 40 Taper spindle, swivel spindle head (B-axis), full traveling-column design and two rotary tables for improved accuracy and repeatability. The backlash-free design machines complex features, and the additional axis increases productivity. The VTC-800/30SD features dual synchronized rotary tables for two separate work areas with full 5-axis simultaneous machining; alternately, a fixture can be mounted between the tables to handle longer components. The machine also delivers fast rapid traverse rates to reduce non-cut times.
