Figure 4 Rigid Composite White

Figure 4 Rigid Composite White is an SLA 3D printing resin engineered for production-oriented workflows that require stiffness, accuracy, and repeatability. It supports the fabrication of functional prototypes and end-use parts by combining controlled mechanical behavior with a smooth, injection-molded–like surface finish, enabling engineers to move efficiently from validation to production without additional finishing steps.

Description
Composite Reinforced Resin for Dimensional Stability

Figure 4 Rigid Composite White is a high stiffness white photopolymer that also delivers controlled elongation. In addition, 3D Systems engineered it for parts that need to maintain their geometry under mechanical load. It also has a tensile strength of 35 MPa and a heat deflection temperature of 65°C at 0.455 MPa to support consistent mechanical performance in demanding applications. As a result, engineers rely on it for tight tolerances and repeatable part quality across production builds.

Rigid SLA Material Optimized for Production Parts

Figure 4 Rigid Composite White prints with smooth surfaces and sharp feature resolution that closely resemble injection-molded plastics. In addition, the composite formulation minimizes distortion during printing and curing to reduce post-processing and improve part consistency. This stability supports predictable outcomes in rigid SLA material for production parts, fixtures, and housings.

End-Use 3D Parts Across Industrial Applications

Figure 4 Rigid Composite White is a dimensionally stable additive resin that supports end-use 3D parts such as brackets, snap-fits, enclosures, and structural components. In addition, its clean white finish enhances visual inspection and reduces finishing steps, while its stiffness enables functional testing without deformation. When paired with Figure 4 systems, the material enables scalable, repeatable manufacturing workflows focused on accuracy and throughput.
