Figure 4 Tough Clear balances optical clarity with structural strength. The material provides a tensile strength of 52 MPa and 12.3% elongation at break, allowing parts to absorb load without cracking. In addition, a flexural strength of 72 MPa and a 2200 MPa modulus support rigid geometries while maintaining light transmission. Post-processing methods such as polishing or clear coating improve transparency without degrading mechanical performance.

 

Durable Clear SLA Material for Functional Use

This durable clear SLA material withstands repeated handling and chemically exposed environments. In addition, a Shore D hardness of 81 helps resist surface damage, while chemical resistance supports use around cleaners and automotive fluids.
