The Mazak Integrex j-300 combines high-torque CNC turning with milling, drilling, tapping, and full Y-axis machining into a single multitasking platform designed to process larger workpieces up to Ø19.69” (500 mm) in diameter and up to 60.1” (1,527 mm) in length. Its increased turning capacity accommodating a standard 10” chuck, paired with a powerful 12,000 RPM live tooling milling spindle, allows multiple distinct manufacturing operations to be completed in a single, continuous setup. This heavy-duty multitasking architecture provides the capability to machine longer shafts, larger diameters, and heavier components while utilizing a generous 9.84” (±4.92”) Y-axis stroke to eliminate secondary operations on off-center features.
