Variable Blade Speed for Changing Nonferrous Material

A 15 HP saw motor provides an adjustable blade-speed range from 1,500 to 3,500 RPM, allowing cutting conditions to be matched more closely to the material and profile being processed. As a variable speed nonferrous cutoff saw, the NC24 L-Type can accommodate aluminum and other nonferrous sections without limiting production to a single blade speed or stock configuration.

Automatic Cutting for Larger Aluminum Profiles

The NC24 L-Type combines automatic material positioning with vertical and horizontal clamping to manage larger profiles through repeat cutoff cycles.
