The PMI-20 24 expands manual miter capability to a 24-inch blade and a 14.6-inch-wide cutting envelope. It’s a practical fit for larger architectural, transportation and fabricated aluminum profiles that need angles up to 60° left or right but do not require an automatic pusher or CNC production cycle.

The PMI-20 24 expands angular cutting beyond a conventional 45° miter range. This 60 degree aluminum miter saw positions the saw head from 60° left to 60° right, giving fabricators greater flexibility when producing extrusions and components with more aggressive end angles. The wide miter range also allows straight and angled parts to be processed on the same cutting platform.
A larger blade and cutting envelope give the 24 inch profile miter saw room to process aluminum sections up to 7.87 inches high. The upcut configuration keeps the blade below the work surface before the cutting stroke, while controlled blade feed and secure workholding support repeatable cutting across changing profile sizes and miter angles.
With capacity for material up to 14.6 inches wide, the PMI-20 24 can accommodate broad sections that exceed the envelope of smaller miter saws. This 14.6 inch wide extrusion saw gives manufacturers additional room for larger aluminum profiles while retaining the angular flexibility needed for mitered components, framing sections, and other nonferrous production work.
