The PMI-20 30 CNC accepts aluminum and nonferrous sections up to 9.8 inches high and 18.11 inches wide, giving window, structural profile, transportation, and extrusion operations room for parts that do not fit comfortably on smaller upcut equipment.
A 10 HP motor drives the 30-inch blade at 1,500 RPM. Instead of the air-over-oil feed used on the 24-inch model, this machine uses fully hydraulic cutting-rate control. That distinction matters on larger cross sections because the operator can manage blade advance through the material while the vertical and horizontal clamps stabilize the profile.
The saw head on the hydraulic feed aluminum upcut saw rotates under servo power through 60° in either direction. Combined with automatic material pushing and touchscreen control, the machine can address repeat miter parts without turning every angle change into a manual setup. As a result, the large profile automatic miter saw is ideal for machine shop production rather than occasional angled cuts.
