The machine uses a full-gantry structure without spindle-head overhang to limit vibration during acceleration and complex tool motion. Temperature-controlled oil circulates around the spindle bearings and headstock to reduce thermal movement. Maza-Check automatically measures and compensates for rotary-axis center misalignment and angular error.
