The PMI-20 30 provides the additional working room needed when broad aluminum extrusions still require angled ends. Built as a large profile miter upcut saw, it combines an expanded cutting envelope with adjustable saw-head positioning for both straight and miter work. This allows larger framing components, structural profiles, and other nonferrous sections to remain on one cutting platform as part geometry changes.
A 10 HP motor drives the 30-inch blade at 1,500 RPM, while fully hydraulic feed controls blade advancement through the workpiece. This 30 inch hydraulic aluminum saw configuration provides controlled blade engagement across changing profile sizes and wall thicknesses. Vertical and horizontal clamping hold the material securely as the blade moves upward through the section.
At 90°, the machine accommodates profiles up to 9.8 inches high and 18.11 inches wide, providing considerably more room for broad aluminum sections. This 18 inch wide miter saw gives fabricators the capacity to process larger extrusions while retaining the angular flexibility needed for frames, assemblies, and components with mitered end geometry.
